Created by our talented Graphic Design Coordinator Moe Pramanick, this artwork was released along with FoodShare’s announcement that we would officially be a Living Wage organization - meaning no employee would earn less than $22.08 per hour, Toronto’s living wage. The artwork shares an important message: workers deserve a living wage.
Our policies also state that our highest paid worker will earn no more than three times what the lowest paid worker earns. Read the full announcement here.
